Can I return something I’ve purchased?
Yes, if you’ve changed your mind or have received a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of your order date to arrange for a store credit, exchange or refund.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you’ll need to send it back to us unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Note: items that have been customised are not eligible for change of mind returns. E.g. Rope and Tubing cut to length is a customised item.
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the fault along with photos if possible.
If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible. You will need to return it unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
How do I return an item?

- Pack up your item carefully and mail it to the below address with your return code included in the package

- Returns will usually arrive to us within 7 business days. We will process your exchange, refund or store credit within 5 business days of your return arriving back to us. As soon as the return is complete, we will let you know via email.
